1. Who we are
Early-bank (“we”, “us”) operates earlybank.com as a referral marketing program for the u9itus.com platform.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer ID, never card numbers.
- Referral activity: the anonymized subscriber IDs of accounts you referred to u9itus, plus the commissions you earned.
- Usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and fraud prevention.
3. How we use it
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To process your one-time $20 subscription via Stripe.
- To calculate, display, and pay out referral commissions.
- To send service emails (receipts, payout confirmations, security notices).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Stripe — to process payments and payouts.
- u9itus.com — your member identifier is sent server-to-server so referral attribution works.
- Legal authorities — when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion, we keep transaction records for 7 years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@earlybank.com. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights — same email applies.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Webhooks are HMAC-SHA256 signed.
9. Changes
We will post the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Material changes will be emailed to active members.
