1. Who we are

Head Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") operates Early-bank.com and U9itus.com. Early-bank.com is a referral marketing program built on the U9itus.com platform.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer ID, never card numbers.
• Referral activity: the anonymized subscriber IDs of accounts you referred to u9itus, plus the commissions you earned.
• Usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and fraud prevention.
• Analytics data: page views, session duration, and general browsing behavior collected via Google Analytics 4 (see Section 5).

3. How we use it

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To process your one-time $20 subscription via Stripe.
• To calculate, display, and pay out referral commissions.
• To send service emails (receipts, payout confirmations, security notices).
• To understand site usage and improve our service via aggregated analytics.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Stripe — to process payments and payouts.
• U9itus.com — your member identifier is sent server-to-server so referral attribution works.
• Google — anonymized analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (see Section 5).
• Legal authorities — when required by law.

Head Enterprises does not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & Google Analytics

We use the following cookies:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in; expires when you close your browser or log out.
• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). This data is processed by Google LLC and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies beyond those listed above.

6. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion, we keep transaction records for 7 years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@early-bank.com. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights — same email applies.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Webhooks are HMAC-SHA256 signed.

9. Changes

We will post the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Material changes will be emailed to active members.
